Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and energetic individual to serve as a Project Analyst on a major program that is well organized, has strong communications skills (written and oral), and can be flexible in the service and support provided. This position requires a candidate that is collaborative and present in their daily routine.

A successful candidate will perform technical, specialized, complex and difficult office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgement. This person will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative services including, but not limited to:

• Being a supportive member of an active PMO
• Calendar management, answering phones, coordinating and maintaining documentation involving travel, meetings and conferences.
• Maintaining spend plans, compiling recurring financial and other status reports
• Review travel requests and expense reports for accuracy
• Evaluating and monitoring project progress by creating and maintaining project related schedules/milestones, plans, objectives, and work product, project assets, communications, training records and training compliance
• Perform duties as an office manager, including ordering, stocking, and meeting/conference support as needed
• Monitoring and tracking obligations and expenditures for assigned contract tasks, schedules, ceilings, and reports including maintaining spend plans, compiling recurring financial and other status reports
• Resolving billing/invoice discrepancies

• US Citizen with ability to obtain a minimum of Secret security clearance
• Minimum 1 year Administrative experience with at least 2 years working at the Executive level; 5 (five) years relevant military service can be substituted/utilized as related experience
• Associate degree or 2-year technical schooling in business or related field
• Experience with reporting and invoice reconciliation, specifically Deltek Costpoint
• Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint etc.) and ability to manage/deconflict/control multiple calendars simultaneously

Physical Requirements: This position is generally sedentary with an occasional medium exertion level. Walking / Ability to traverse up to five (5) flights of stairs and occasional long distances. Elevators are available on-site.
